Payment Methods offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that SuAyu’s trusted payment gateway partners, CC Avenue, use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. accepts the following forms of payment -

  • Credit Card/ Debit Card / Internet Banking / Wallet / Mobile Payments / Cash Card.

Payments are processed through CC Avenue secure website.

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Payment has to be made only by CASH to our delivery partner at the time of delivery (in case of COD option). 
  • We do not accept Cheque or Demand Drafts.
  • COD orders can be delivered only at select locations. Serviceable pin codes can be checked at the time of placing order.
  • COD orders cannot be combined with Gift Vouchers / e Gift Cards or any other promotions.
  • For COD, minimum order value is Rs. 100/- and maximum order value is Rs.5,000.
  • Maximum two attempts will be made for Cash-on-Delivery items.
  • Same day delivery will not be applicable for COD shipments.
  • Dispatch of COD orders could be delayed because it takes a longer time to process COD orders.
  • COD charges applicable.
  • The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery payment is Rs.5,000. Only Indian Rupees accepted. Foreign currency cannot be used to make Cash on Delivery payment.

Where our system supports Automatic Address Verification (AVS), customers' billing address details are verified with their acquiring bank. Your card is debited upon completion of the transaction. Please keep your order receipt in a safe and accessible location.

For orders where the customer's billing address details are either "not supported", "not checked" or "not matched" with their acquiring bank, reserves their right to manually check the customers' details before sending out their order. This may delay dispatch by 2-3 days from the order date and following successful address verification the order will be dispatched immediately. 


We normally deliver orders in between 5 to 7 working days. If your order is highly customised, shipping might take up to 10 days. However, estimated delivery time depends on

  1. Product's availability
  2. Quantity of order
  3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to
  4. Shipping charges and time vary based on the order size and location of delivery. However, the same will be displayed at the time of placing order.

On the confirmation of order placed, an email and sms will be sent on your registered email id and mobile number giving shipment details. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing of order. is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days in India or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. You can track your order on our website courier company’ website by providing tracking number given in your shipment confirmation email.

We offer 100% money back guaranty. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate). The refund is processed after receipt of the product by the Company. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 15 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" and delivered at the address provided at the time of placing the order.


Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the - order number, your name, name of the product and the reason for returning the goods.

  1. Are there any conditions for return?
  • Product should be unused.
  • Return request must be placed within the 12 hrs/ days of receipt of order.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by the company in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return.
  1. Is there any replacement guarantee?

In case of any dissatisfaction with our products, we provide 100% money back (excluding shipping/ delivery charges and gift wrapping expenses) subject to the conditions for return.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock.

  1. When are refunds provided?

Refunds are provided in case damage in transit and replacement can’t be provided due to non-availability of stock of the product. In case of returns, refund is issued as per refund policy.

  1. Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, in case of multiple items in single order, return can be made for every single item subject to return policy.

  1. How can I cancel my return request?

A request for return once made can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service.

  1. When will I get the order after placing the replacement request?

Replacement would be made after the receipt of the returned goods to be replaced from the customer and they share the details of post/ courier with us. Replacement will be done within 7 days of date of shipment.

  1. Can I get my product Exchanged?

SuAyu provides easy Exchange. Unused products to be exchanged may be communicated at [email protected] and should reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. The exchanged products would reach the customers within 7 working days from the date of shipment.

  1. How can I cancel the order?

You can cancel your confirmed order within 12 hours of placement of order. In any other case, if you wish to cancel your order, then goods return policy will be applicable. Kindly refer the same. We can cancel your confirmed order only on one condition i.e if we don’t have in stock the product ordered by you.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
