Sit erect in Padmasana - Lotus Posture or any other meditative posture. Complete exhalation from both the nostrils. |

Take a slow, deep steady breath through both nostrils. The passage of the incoming air should be felt at the upper palate and a sibilant sound [sa] is produced in the throat. |

Fill the lungs fully and hold the breath for few seconds. |

|
|

| 4. |
Exhale slowly, deeply and steadily until the lungs are completely empty. |
|
|
| 5. |
Relax in Shavasana. |
