  Steps    
 
1. Sit comfortably in any meditative posture with the back straight and eyes closed.
2. Close the right nostril with your right hand thumb.
3. Slowly breathe in through your left nostril.
4. Hold it for a minimum of 4 seconds.
5. Breathe out slowly through your right nostril.
6. Do it for 10 rounds with the mental recitation of "AUM".
