Sit comfortably in any meditative posture with the back straight and eyes closed. |

Close the right nostril with your right hand thumb. |

Slowly breathe in through your left nostril. |

Hold it for a minimum of 4 seconds. |

|

Breathe out slowly through your right nostril. |
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
Do it for 10 rounds with the mental recitation of "AUM". |
